Thank you for your service! The hotel has a beautiful view, rooms are clean and tidy. I like aqua park very much. Wish you all the best!
A hotel that deserves more than 5 stars. The view and rooms are excellent. The business manager Emre Döner is friendly and engaging. We thank you for everything.
The manger or owner I'm not sure but he is a amazing person we has a little problem and he fixed it within a second room 10/10 location you will need a car overall 10/10
Manger of watercastle is amazing very helpful family room beautiful overall 10/10
We had made a reservation for a week's holiday as a family. After the asphalt road, there is a 3km dirt and stony road, it is very bad, cars are destroyed. Access to the sea is very bad, you can't go there on foot. There is an Aquapark for entertainment, but it is small and they don't open it unless we ask. For food, there is a Ramada hotel next door, they direct you there. The nearest market is 10 minutes away. The surroundings are deserted and silent, with olive trees. The hotel's night lighting is weak. Finally, exit. When we did it, they asked for electricity and it was extremely expensive, we were paying to stay and for the electricity.
We stayed for 3 days in August.
You can think of this as a Ramada suite. They work in partnership with Ramada. You use Ramada for open buffet breakfast. Sports fields are still being built on the Ramada side.
For dinner, you can go to the businesses in the center of the nearby Maiden's Castle. If you wish, you can cook in the rooms. There is also a washing machine in the rooms.
No one came for cleaning during the 3 days we stayed. The pool is cleaned every evening. The sun loungers and the tables next to them were not cleaned.
There is air conditioning in the master bedroom and the American kitchen-style living room. There is no air conditioning in the children's room. But we didn't need it. The air conditioning in the main room was sufficient.
Plastic protection must be installed around the pool edges. Children's hands and feet were constantly scratched.
Nothing bothered me except the constant music playing by the pool.
The hotel is not operating at full capacity. In this respect, it is quieter and calmer.
The road is bad. The car was covered in white dust.
Construction site. Too loud due to construction site. Road to the hotel not paved very rocky. It is advisable to have your own means of transport as the bus connections are not optimal.|No entertainment. The pool is too small. |
We had a very nice holiday at the end of August. Actually, I would like to give it 5 stars, but a couple of issues need to be evaluated. The rooms are nice and modern. We rented a 1+1 room and there were 3 of us, my wife and child. In the details it says that the 3rd bed is a folding seat, I missed it. I wanted a bed for my son (not a park bed). Thank you, they sent me a single bed. Breakfast is open buffet at Ramada. Varieties vary and were sufficient. The pool was clean. The attendant came to clean our room every two days, so we only cleaned the areas we needed. We did not encounter any events in the evenings and silence was better for us. The first problem for us is that the water of the facility smells and leaves a salty taste when you gargle. Secondly, the poolside stones are starting to wear out. If you don't get out of the pool using the stairs, these stones will scratch your legs. You understand when you go to the sea and feel pain. If I think about having a holiday in Mersin, I will go here again and I recommend it to you too.
